10–12 Business Days

Shipped & Tracked

Once shipped, your tracking number is sent to the email you provided at checkout. You can use this to monitor your package in real time.

Delivered

Your Arab Eyes order arrives at your door. If it arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us at support@arabeyesco.com.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping for select countries is being rolled out — join our mailing list to be notified when your region opens.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything possible to meet the stated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, customs, or external circumstances outside our control. If your package appears significantly delayed, please reach out and we will investigate promptly.

Address Accuracy
