Shipping Policy
We want you to know exactly what to expect — no surprises, no guessing. Here is everything you need to know from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
This includes 1–3 days of processing + 10–12 days in transit. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Order Timeline
Order Confirmed
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Keep this — it contains your order number, which you'll need if you ever contact support.
Processing — 1–3 Business Days
Every order is manually reviewed and prepared before it leaves our facility. This quality step ensures your item is in perfect condition before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation once this is complete.
Shipped & Tracked — 10–12 Business Days
Once shipped, your tracking number is sent to the email you provided at checkout. You can use this to monitor your package in real time.
Delivered
Your Arab Eyes order arrives at your door. If it arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us at cs.arabeyes@gmail.com.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping for select countries is being rolled out — join our mailing list to be notified when your region opens.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $80 within the contiguous United States.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything possible to meet the stated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, customs, or external circumstances outside our control. If your package appears significantly delayed, please reach out and we will investigate promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Arab Eyes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error right after ordering, contact us immediately at cs.arabeyes@gmail.com — we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
